Errors: Expect numerous errors in the: invention descriptions, this website, our “Invention Marketing Manual”, our communication, etc. Expect an element of chaos in our complicated patent applications, procedures, etc.

Patentability Not Guaranteed: Inventions may not be patentable. Only rely on results from good patent searchers. We only offer licenses on inventions that might offer international patent rights. Though some may mistakenly call our inventions patents, presume everything may be patent pending until you receive any patent number.

Our Non-Published Patent Applications: Our intellectual property extends beyond what is now published. Invention descriptions can span one or more patent applications – which may or may not be published by a government patent office.

In Writing: All agreements must be in writing with the CEO’s notarized signature. All other verbal and/or written communication may likely contain errors and/or is limited to brainstorming. The intention is to stick by very strict ethical standards.

Confidentiality: Please don’t disclose confidential information to us. We don’t warrant confidentiality. We work with one of the world’s largest patent portfolios, and wish to avoid conflicts of interest.

Correct Copy of Patent Application: The official application is and/or will be found on various government and private patent database websites. We’re not responsible for anything including discrepancies between the actual patent application and its rendition here. Always verify the wording of an invention’s description with a patent office’s published patent application.

Priority Dates: Our patent application filing dates related to inventions on this website can start at Dec 30, 2005. The majority of the pages were filed on 5 January 2006.

Long Term Vision Needed: While great fortunes stand to be gained from future property rights, you probably know the chance of any one-invention succeeding is quite low. Licensing multiple inventions may increase your chances of betting on a winning racehorse. This business is exciting and risky. It requires long-term vision. It’s strongly recommended that Licensees have a stable outside business income source while working on the long-term interesting invention projects.
